The nightmare began when the case manager visited with my family. He missed two crucial deadlines with submitting the obituary. He had advised us both times the obituary was in and in fact it was not. This company has no integrity. The case manager didn't even know his own product line referring to the caskets. He sold us one which needed corners and his cover-up on this was to just add enhancements for this casket. In fact the casket had to have corners. They only presented one line of caskets which is not conducive to serve every ones needs. Serenicare didn't help u
