By far the worst customer service I have ever encountered. Incompetence through and through. Do not buy or rent anything here-they will never return or exchange anything. They will never work with you. Completely rude and never been treated so poorly by any business. Buy online at eBay or amazon. I will never step foot in there again. Beware!!! STAY AWAY from this place!!!!!!
