I had my safety and emissions checked on my van at another place that referred me to Uniglass to replace a cracked windshield that failed a safety check. Everything went well initially, and the technician was very professional. He came to my work and replaced the windshield, but in the process of removing the old windshield, he broke a windshield wiper arm. As a result, I could not pass my safety check with a missing wiper, and had to drive the van home from work and leave it there for two weeks (unregistered) while I waited for the replacement wiper to come in.
