If there was an option to give no stars I would go with that!! I went in to get my highlights touched up and a trim and the girl that did it apparently misunderstood me and bleached the life out of my whole crown. It ended up brassy and orange looking. TOTALLY FRIED!!! I was disgusted and made them weave in some darker blonde. After being there for 5 and a half hours they still had the nerve to charge me $110 dollars. I WAS THERE ALL DAY!!! I just wanted to get out of there. The owner of the salon had the nerve to look me in the eyes and tell me she though
