This company is not professional at all! You will be told a "team" of people are working on your resume, but you will only hear from the owner Lauren Young. You will only get a voice mail if you call the main number and will be forwarded to a cell phone. When I received the 1st draft of my resume it had typos and a lot of grammatical errors a lot of it was copied and pasted from my old resume. If I wanted my old resume I would have used it.
