I highly recommend going down to the Junkyard to recieve training from very enthusiastic licenced instuctors. They are ALL very passionate about what they do, and it shows! All types of classes available and very family oriented. No need to put your kids in day care while you work out ... let them work out too! I do a class while my kids are in youth performace, they kids love it!
