I love being a part of this dance school. My teacher DeeAnna is an amazing dancer and she is very insistent on teaching proper technique. Irish dancing can be hard on joints, so she makes sure we dance on proper shock-absorbing flooring. When I first started taking lessons, she insisted that I buy shock-absorbing flooring to practice on at home. She is very knowledgable in the area of sports medicine and can tell me exactly what I need to do if I'm having a muscle ache or problem with my feet or ankles, etc. I look forward to dance class every week and have enj
