I made the reservation the day before for a cab pick up at 4:30 am. I confirmed with Adriana two times, two calls. Then the company call at 4:30 am to say no one was coming. I have 2 toddlers at home that are vomiting and diarrhea that I had to take out in the cold to drive my husband (who the cab was for). I later called Freedom Cab to see why no one showed up she told me that there were no drivers in the area. That they're independent drivers who they can't force to go. That theres no guarantee a cab will come. So this information isnt important enough to
