I agree with Lila I absolutely HATE four hour windows all these companies give out. Red Hook always give me a one hour window, and discounting traffic- I've not once had one of their technicians be late. I absolutely love Red Hook, no matter if the job is big or small they send someone right away and the office staff keeps in touch with you to let you know where your plumber is. It's just really great customer service, I like knowing that they actually care
