The manager of this store is rude and unprofessional. Please be aware that while their policy is no refund/ no exhanges this also includes when they poorly wrap your items and/or pack them in your car. I spent $1400 in this store. I got home to unwrap my items only find that a $30 item was broken. I returned to the store to explain that the wrapping probably wasn't the best and the response was 'when you left it wasnt broken.'
