The one thing you will have at Viking that I personally have never experienced with any other company is that you will have personal attention from the owner Mark Evans. The best thing about the service at Viking is the small details that they record on their files when you become a club member, such as recording the location of where the furnace, filters, tstat and condenser is located in your house. All service personnel are NATE certified, which mean you wont have someone with just a couple of years experience, learning on the job caring after your comfort syst
