If I could give them a -10, that wouldn't be low enough. The people within this business are incompetant and liars. Not only did they lie about what we were told and misadvise us on very serious matters, they caused us to lose the house that we were less than 2 weeks from closing on. When it comes to something as serious as the purchase of a home for your family, you would think that you would be able to trust what these "professionals" tell you, but not Presidential Mortgage.
