Worked for over a month pricing a project with Project Graphics. Went back and forth a number of times with the salesperson, fine-tuning the requirements of the deal and arriving ultimately at a firm quote for a set number of units. After I submitted the order I get a note from Greg McKim, VP, saying the pricing is tied to a volume commitment, and unless I commit to 1,000 units they will not honor the pricing quoted or the order I submitted.
