If you value your time and customer service, DO NOT give your vacuum or sewing machine to this company! The owner never called me to update me on the status of my orders, and I have taken multiple vacuums and sewing machines to him to be repaired. The final "straw" was in November....I took a vacuum to be repaired. Was told the part was out of stock at the factory and would not be available for "a while". I called several times, went into the store several times to get an update. Each time I was told the part wasn't available. Finally, THREE MONTHS
