TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! They will take 3-6 hours to groom your dog, which is ridiculous, so make sure you have the day off and nothing planned. They started out good with the grooming, but in recent visits I have noticed croooked and choppy haircuts, my dog bleeding from where they clippered him to closely. After having my dog for over 5 hours, they had the nerve to tell me that they also just raised the prices. They could have told me when I made the appointment, or when I dropped him off, but they chose to wait until after making me wait 5 hour
