Had a terrible experience with this store today. I brought my daughter in to get her ears pierced for the 2nd time. As I have three Piercings in each of my ears. We are a family that are allergic to most metals except 14k gold or higher gold content. We were going to go home and change out the earrings that they pierced her ears with because it causes infections unless we used the 14k gold. We have done this many times with no problems. The store manager came out and informed me that they would not be piercing her ears as we could not go home and change out her earrings as
