A few weeks ago, I woke up by the sound of gushing water and then a crash. I jumped out of bed, ran downstairs and saw the whole ceiling in the kitchen had collapsed from the toilet overflowing above it. The whole downstairs had at least 6" of standing water (kitchen, dining, living and familyrooms into our finished basement). I started to cry because I did not know what to do.
