While visiting the Dallas Farmers Market last weekend we found a knife sharpening service. After watching a couple have their knives done we decided to bring ours back down on Sunday. I am totally blown away with the service done while we waited. I admit, I was some what skeptical about getting a serrated bread knife done but am extremely happy with the finished product. Jack was fun to deal with and really made my knives as good, or maybe better, than new.
