The minute you sign the lease this company they will treat you like dirt. Every single employee I have dealt with in this company is confrontational, self serving, and disrespectful. They do not treat even their best tenants as valued customers. They know that, short of paying an absurd amount of money to buy out of your lease, there is nothing you can do about them treating you horribly.
