Zero stars would be more appropriate. Why a gold star for a business that not only wasted time and money; and didn't accomplish what they promised THREE times, and moreover; never apologized??? They not only did NOT clean my clothes but they said they would get them to me in a two-day turnaround. I stressed the importance of getting said clothes back on Saturday at 8 AM before dropping them off on Thursday afternoon.
