UNRELIABLE, Unprofessional, A-Ripped-Off! My hardly ever used Whirlpool Oven appeared to not working. I called ABC Appliance Service locates at River Point Dr, Leesburg VA for a consultation appointment. A week later, the serviceman sent (name initial M.R.) showed up at my house for the consultation but did not perform any diagnostic - was there for a brief 5 minutes, briefly eyeballed the Oven and declared that its the Control Panel that needs to be replaced. Charged me $65 for this. I called a week after to schedule for a date/time for him to come
