My dishwasher was clogged, so my husband got an appointment with L. Engelking, Inc. They came out and checked it out and said it wasn't a plumbing problem and charged me $90. So I called Sears and had them come out thinking it was something wrong with the dishwasher itself. Turned out- the pipe was clogged. So I had to pay the Sears guy to fix a problem that L. Engelking should have been able to fix. I've tried to contact the owner of L. Engelking to report this issue, but no one has called me back. Obviously they don't want to admit their mistake.
