We provide residential and commercial pressure cleaning services with free on-site estimates usually w/in 24 hours of initial contact. We guarantee quality work, nothing is half-way done as we take the time to do everything meticulously and thoroughly considering our impeccable standards.Personally, I'm something of a perfectionist when it comes to my work e.g.: if I'm doing a job and I come across something that needs cleaning yet wasn't discussed in our original agreement(as long as it's not too time consuming-then it's more than likely going to get cleaned as that's just the way I work. As far as your "free on-site estimate",  it's quite simple- We give you an estimate- that is what you will pay (unless you tell me you want to add something and we agree upon a price) as even after 10 plus years of doing this we still will occasionally under estimate a job. The way I see it that's fully on us, we will never charge you more than what we've previously agreed upon. Our customers will also be walked through the process of exactly what will be done to their property- what will come clean and to what degree and what may not come clean. Before and after photos of previous jobs we’ve done are also shown to the customer if interested, to give them an idea of what they can expect. If the job is outside the scope of our abilities then we will be the first to let you know this. While pressure washing's not exactly rocket science- there are many tricks of the trade so to speak that can only come with years of experience: the proper techniques to clean homes,concrete, decking, roofing etc., the precise chemicals or lack thereof used in doing these jobs correctly, as well as equipment & accessories that usually come with developing your business over years can and do make all the difference in doing a Superior job.
