I experienced the worst customer service ever at this store. My dress were 3 months late, her shop was shut down by the IRS for tax collection during this time, and she never returned any of my calls. She had us pay in full and obviously never ordered our dresses when she said she did. She is a HORRIBLE business women! Wouldn't use her again if the dresses were FREE.
