The guy's father was a whole heckuva lot more professional...My grandmother had the son cut her chandelier down to fit in her new house. He told her he needed to take its arms/parts back to the shop to clean...It goes without saying that my grandmother was stupid ever to let someone haul off with this heirloom, because she discovered that a prominent part of the chandelier was missing from the box in which Toombs returned all the parts he took down.
