Called to get information they told me one thing on the phone, then I went in & told that was not thier policy I have been going to Dr.Abayev for 10 yrs.& never had a problem, lost my insurance & they refused to see me without paying in full. I charged many a time always paid my bill, I was very sick with sinus infection need antibiotic. I was prepared to pay half the bill & the rest in 5 days they would not have it. I had to pay in full or I couldn't be seen, so I had to go home still sick. I think this is pretty sad that you put you health care in someon
