Review

This is such a great place to train, lose weight and learn martial arts. Master Thomas and the crew are exceptional instructors, accepting each student as they are, not expecting them to be in shape or have any previous training. I never felt out of place or embarrassed by my lack of knowledge or my inability to keep up with others. I'm so glad I did this! (Lost 45 pounds and didn't even realize I was exercising)
