These realtors are not to be trusted. They will do anything to make a quick buck. We bought our house through them, and as first-time buyers completely trusted them to assist us in the buying process. We were told by Ann High that we didn't have to have an inspection because the VA appraisal was the same thing. Boy, were we fooled! We now have a home that is sinking (foundation), with a leaking roof and faulty electrical. As first-time buyers, we assumed that we could trust our Realtor. Never again will we work with them.
