we had chem-dry and experieced terrible in house work. The cost was $557 which was $200 higher than our last carpet cleaner. (they didn't move tables or attempt to clean some areas) areas reviewed to be cleaned by the salesman were not. attempted to call back to complain and talk about dissatisfaction and calls were ignored. No return calls! we call 7 times within the week to complain! noboby called back. finally gave up because they wanted to come back after 7 days and try and make it right.if they would have returned calls to explain what t
