The owner is a pathological liar! He is constantly lying about when his guys will show up, and when they don't he comes up with some other lie about why they didn't, when according to his employees he just didn't tell them to come in the first place...just to name a few lies. Their job is so crappy that they've had to fix it twice now! We are going on 3 months to re-tile a crappy job in a 4x4 area in our master shower (brand new house!). I'm so done with them!!!!!! Save yourself some trouble and NEVER hire this guy!
