I have eaten at Flappys many times since they opened, generally on Sunday mornings as you can normally be seated without wailing. There breakfast is ok and is served with an extra large portion of fried potatoes. You must order what is on their menu NO SUBSTUTIONS!! (i.e. an order of toast in place of the potatoes) The staff has a large turnover rate and the service and quality of the food varies depending on the waitress/cook you have that day. Last time I was in there I ordered a hamburger it, comes with fries and a dish of soup. T
