The is place is located in the middle of nowhere. You are a good 15 minutes from the lake. The boats are poorly maintained. They are left in the texas sun (on the ground) to bake. There are no skirts on the kayaks. I would say that the equipment is all at least 5-10 years old. Customer service? FORGET IT. 1 person works here. The shop closes whenever that person wants to "go to lunch".
