At 9 a.m. Monday I emailed sales@planethyydro.com In that email I wrote down the products I was interested in and grow scenario. Called them at 10:30 a.m. Sales clerk was clueless about product (Tropf Blumat), said he would research it. I called back shortly and I Asked to talk to owner. The owner referred me back to newbie clerk... Had to wait for clerk to get back from lunch. Waited an hour - then I called them back... again... "Oh I was just gonna call you..."
