I've been to Hawaii, Jamaica and Cozumel. This place has the prettiest landscaping and most cheerful colors in their decorating in the area for a "Cantina". Most of the seating is outdoors, but you have lovely thatched umbrellas and tables named after tropical places many water features, firepits, and music. It's almost like a theme park. They also have excellent food with a simple menu of Hamburgers (BBQ'd), Shesh-K-Bobs, fried pickles, onion rings and other casual (but tasty) food. They only have a Beer/Wine license, so the tropical
