I had severe sciatica and went to Hand N Hand Therapy for my physical therapy care. They are located in Ballston and have a handicapped accessible front door entrance or they free underground parking, but the parking area is a bit of a walk to get to the office. Caroline Choppa, PT did a thorough history and assessment, followed by some very tailored hands on care. I was 50% better after the first visit and 75% better after the second. I am currently doing some gentle home exercises and continue seeing her once a week to update my program. All in all it h
