Inspected suspicious shower work on a home purchase. He said there were no leaks and no repairs were needed, so we moved ahead with the purchase. Now, less than two years later, we have to replace the whole subfloor because the shower had been incorrectly installed and it was leaking. When I called to question, he said he, "did what [he] was told." Way to back up your work! Interestingly, when we brought in other plumbing contractors to repair, almost immediately they noticed the shower had been installed "fraudulently," just by looking at
