Today was my first time using Jackson Hewitt and I'm happy with the service they provided but most importantly I'm happy with the people & service from the Weber Street location here in Omaha! Awesome people and awesome service! I feel lucky that I found them. The manager Tyra was so gracious and from the first moment I felt I was in good hands. She explained everything in detail, gave me advice on how to be best prepared in the future and I left the office feeling that I'd found the company I could rely on for years to come! Thank you!
