Joe Massengale took advantage of my Mother, who has dementia, while she was grieving, three days after her Mother's funeral. The sad thing is he was suppose to be a life long friend, and brother of a cousin by marriage. He trimmed trees for my Grandmother in the past. However, a few years before my 97 year old Grandmother died, she told us not to use him any more because he charges too much money. He charged $2,900 to trim a tree at a time when my Mother was vulnerable and grieving, a very low thing to do. For that price, he could have trimmed all
