Very unhappy customer!! I will be married a year next month and haven't received our 3 wedding albums yet. Sad part is that my photographer won't return an email or call us back with answers like he says. Customer Service doesn't stop till you get EVERYTHING you have paid for. The other sad thing is that you, the client, has to pick out all your pics that you want in the album and what page! They literally need to copy the pic onto the page that you picked and be done. How can it take a year?! I gave many chances before writing this bad review,
