On 08-02-10 my compressor went out on my central air. We have had from 105 to 115 heat index this week. My home warranty people sent out Mcferren Heat and Air to repair. They diagnosed the problem as a bad compressor. The procedure is, Mcferren sends a report to the warranty company, First American, they order the part and the contractor picks it up and installs it. So far, 08-02-10 unit goes out, 08-03-10 Mcferren comes out, diagnose the problem, sends in report, compressor is ordered and arrives 08-04-10. Next we have a appt. with Mcferren to install compr
