i walked into ibr not knowing what to expect. this was my first time donating. nobody greeted me there were no friendly faces. i walked up to the counter and waited about 2 minutes for the lady standing at the counter to ask me "what do i want". i told her i was interested in donatating and after the dirty looks she threw a clipboard at me and told me to write my name and give her my id and ss card. then i was told to sit. i waited about 45 minutes. i was told to go to booth 45 around the corner. when i got to the booth still no greeting or smiles. she gave me a form and as
