My husband normaly handles this kind of thing for the house but while he was out of town for work my chimney cap blew off so I had to call Dr. Sweep to help. Not only did they put my cap back on but they also inspected my chimney and SHOWED me why i needed a cleaning.. They took pictures from up top and showed me how bad it was ( I had no idea, hadn't had it cleaned in years ).
