I have had several wonderful experiences with this store and its proprietors. The service has been excellent. The people have been helpful, pleasant, and knowledgeable. At one point I took my watch in to have the batteries replaced. They did it and when I returned a few months later the owner recognized my watch and said" I must have received a defective battery," and replaced it at no charge. I sent my daughter there with her watches that had problems and she had prompt, courteous, and wonderful service. I have been to other repair places in the malls and jew
