Having moved a few years ago from the Jersey shore to Winchester, VA, one of the biggest things I missed was pizza. Good pizza. Great pizza-- Jersey boardwalk pizza. I figured that I had to resign myself to 2nd rate pizza from now on-- 'cause who could possibly duplicate what I know to be the best pizza in the country? Well, somethings can't be duplicated... the ocean, the boardwalk, the people... you know what I mean. But it turns out that something CAN be duplicated... the pizza. I don't know how they do it, but if you close your eyes when you're at George's and enjoying
