LEFT US WITH A BROKEN ICE MACHINE AND NO RETURN CALLS. BIG SCAMMER! After 5 visits from him we have to call another company and pay another service call to fix what Jonathan broke. He NEVER returned any additional calls. Saving money really cost us tons this time! His excuses included... Had to take his mother to hair dresser's appt... ate spicy chicken wings that made him sick... dropped his phone in toilet & couldn't return calls... was feeling dizzy... got an emergency call from a friend & needed to help him out, etc, etc, etc...
