First he quotes me to replace the fixture in my ceiling fan. Set the appointment for 7am, after 30 minutes I have to call HIM to ask where he was. He then tells me that my address is nowhere in google maps or gps so he cant find. I tell him I am sitting at a computer and plug in my address to google and it brings up multiple locater listings, so he asks me to email it to him and he will look for the address later that day. We make a new appointment for Friday at 7:30am and again he is 30 minutes late but does show up this time. He proceeds to tell me husband the
