Review
Had a very unfortunate start to my day today at VW of Mckinney. The service department was visably upset at my questioning a policy and the GM, told me if he was gonna go the extra mile or break a policy it would only be for someone he sold a car too.... My service and parts business are apparently not enough to make him want my business. Man what a shock to hear someone in charge tell you that he values your service or parts business less because he didn't sell you the car that you need repaired. I reccomend that you stay away from VW of McKinney...
