I had this loud sound coming from my toilet after I snaked it...thought it would explode or something. They gave me a reasonable price and the technician got to my house that same day even though it wasn't an emergency. This made me happy but what was cool was the technician knew exactly what was causing that horrific sound and explained it to me piece by piece.
