After a horrible clinician's visit in which both my husband and I were treated to emotional blackmail to get us to agree to a more invasive, more profitable test for our dog, we asked this clinic to refrain from contacting us again. We specifically asked to be removed from their email and vaccine reminder postcard lists. I have asked (actually, pleaded) three times and have been repeatedly assured that we were off email and mailing lists. This was over six months ago and we are still receiving their postcards and I've had to block their email address as spam
