Blue Star Cafe (aka Bluestar Juice and Coffee) has a full fresh juice bar that offers a large variety of fruit and veggie combinations. In addition, Blue Star is also a coffee roaster and roasts its own beans several times a week so you are sure to get a fresh cup of coffee! The staff is always very friendly and the place has a lot of windows, a great patio and positive energy. Blue Star is near Tanner Park in the Canyon Rim area so it is a perfect stop on your way to walk your dog.
